Shipping Information

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 2-5 business days of purchase. The carriers that will be used are: Australia Post and their affiliates (for international orders). All shipping methods were chosen for the capability of tracking shipments. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that credit card authorisation and verification must be received prior to processing for some countries. All deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

For international orders, once a shipment leaves Australia the delivery depends largely on the destination country's postal service. Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes.

 

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted conditionally. To return or exchange an order you must contact us first: sales@phable.com.au  Orders may only be returned/exchanged within 30 days of ship date for international orders and 15 days for domestic orders. Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and must have all original swing tags, labels and packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will exchange the item within 5-7 business days of receiving your return granted the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will notify you. If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

Phable has the right to refuse any exchange/refund. There are no exchanges or refunds on discounted items. All sale items are final.  Please e-mail sales@phable.com.au prior to exchanging the item with either REFUND or EXCHANGE in the subject line. Please include the following information for your return:

 

  • Name, Address, Phone Number, Email
  • "Ship to" info if different than above
  • Original purchased product
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for exchange
  • Exchange for which product
